Refund & Return Policy
We love what we do at MaidenWood Signs and Crafts LLC and hope it shows. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please let us know right away! We’re here to help and will do all we can to ensure a pleasant experience.
Returns
Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date
Custom-made and or Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Your item must be unused and unaltered. Please return your item in the original packaging if possible. If not, please include original packaging with the return/exchange (excluding made-to-order and custom-made items).
We will gladly remake your item if any mistakes are made on our end. However, it is imperative that the information that we are given, with respect to names and dates is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any incorrect information provided to us. Custom-made and or Personalized items understandably can not be returned or refunded unless prior approval is made. Once we receive your return, we will reach out and confirm receipt and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and provide confirmation of the transaction. Average refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days but vary per your card issuers and banking policies.
Cancellation Policy
Order by mistake
If your order was placed in error where there has been no pre-design/design, we will issue a full refund. Since most of our orders are custom-made, we cannot cancel or change the order after production has started.
CHANGE YOUR MIND?
We will happily cancel if we have not begun physically working on your order, less a 20% design charge if the design process has been completed. If there is a change you like made to your order, please reach out right away. The majority of our orders are custom-made, we cannot cancel or change the order after production has started.
NOTE: Maidenwood Signs and Crafts, LLC reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content, or material.
Mistakes
We work hard to ensure your order is made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) therefore we offer 2 options. If we made the mistake, we will fix or remake your item free of charge. If the mistake was yours we will be happy to remake the item at a 50% discounted rate plus shipping. It’s imperative to carefully review your personalization before submitting your order. Please check the spelling of names and dates carefully.
