SHIPPING

We securely wrap and package each order and ship via USPS mail or UPS. While shipping accidents can occur, they are out of our control but rest assured we will do everything we can to keep you 100% satisfied with your purchase whether we replace, repair, or refund your money.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged package. We will require a photo of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.
